I have a pair of Altec 902-8T drivers to use in a VOTT project and under the outer rubber ring the magnet that surrounds the driver on one is a thin magnet and the other is a thick magnet.I figure one is really a 902-8B with a 902-8T back plate.So I was hoping someone could tell me which is the 902-8T? The one with the thick magnet or the thin? And would there be any difference in the sound? And is one more prefered than the other? Otherwise they look the same!
